Eclipse ER currently conducts and/or develops renewable-energy activities in Senegal.

As of the Effective Date of these Terms, no separate Senegalese legal entity has been established or registered by Eclipse ER.

Depending on the nature and structure of a particular project or transaction, activities in Senegal may be conducted through an existing Eclipse ER entity, local partners, contractors, service providers, or other appropriate contractual arrangements.

The entity or party legally responsible for a specific project or transaction will be identified in the applicable contractual documentation.

2. PURPOSE AND INFORMATIONAL NATURE OF THE WEBSITE

Equipment availability, models, specifications, features, prices, warranties, and delivery schedules may change.

The equipment and specifications applicable to a particular project will be identified in the applicable quotation, proposal, purchase order, or contract.

Any manufacturer warranty applicable to third-party equipment is subject to the terms and conditions established by the relevant manufacturer.

7. QUOTATIONS AND PROJECT PROPOSALS
